Just announced: Beck Architecture has been working diligently with Nick and Drew Lachey over the past few months on designs for a new upscale sports bar in Over-the-Rhine Cincinnati. It will be on the ground floor of the former Pabst Bedding factory at the corner of 12th and Walnut Streets downtown. 3CDC will also be moving their offices to the upper floors of this building. Once again Beck Architecture is teamed up with 4EG and CORE Resources on an amazing restaurant and bar concept. This project is receiving State Historic Tax Credits, so there is added attention being paid to the exterior facade treatment. The development of this project will also be featured as a new program on the A&E network. Filming has started and pretty soon Cincinnati will have even more to brag about in our ongoing urban renaissance.
